Our lifetime warranty is valid for any defect in material or workmanship for the original owner of a reel or rod. This warranty applies to parts and labor, but doesn’t cover damage due to misuse, improper maintenance, or modification. This warranty is limited to repair or replacement at our discretion, and repair parts or colors might not match the original reel.
How to return a reel
1 Return the reel to the dealer where it was purchased together with the original receipt. The dealer will ship the reel to our repair center.
2 Send the frame and spool (a complete repair can’t be made without the entire reel).
3 Remove the line if possible. If not, make sure the line is wound tightly and secured on the spool. We try to protect line, but aren’t responsible for any damage to the line if it’s not removed.
How to return a rod
1 Return the complete rod (all sections) to the dealer where it was purchased together with the original receipt. The dealer will ship the rod to our repair center.
2 If the rod is Center Axis, do not return the reel with the rod. (If the problem is with the Center Axis reel, remove the reel and follow return instructions for a reel.)
3 Once we receive the rod, we pledge to fix or replace and have the rod returned to you when it is repaired.
